Sources & verification methodology

How Bewusst Bier separates manufacturer facts, retailer availability and editorial context.

Our source hierarchy

Nutrition, ingredients, alcohol content, gluten statements and production status must come from the current manufacturer product page or an official manufacturer document. An official certification registry may support a gluten certification. Retailers are used only to establish their own product availability.

Blogs, search snippets, marketplaces, community posts and generated summaries are not accepted as evidence for product facts.

Verification states

Verified means that the cited manufacturer source supported the displayed record on the stated date. Uncertain means that a source was missing, inaccessible or conflicted with another official source. German availability not confirmed means that the product may exist but we have not established current distribution to Germany.

We show dates so readers can judge freshness. A nutrition or gluten record is due for review after 180 days; retailer links are checked more frequently.

Category rules

The carbohydrate comparison is an editorial grouping based on manufacturer-reported carbohydrate values per 100 ml. It does not assert a regulated low-carbohydrate or reduced-carbohydrate claim. Gluten-free is shown only when the manufacturer explicitly uses that designation. Alcohol-free follows the manufacturer's designation and displayed alcohol content.

Corrections

If you find a newer manufacturer document or an error, email kontakt@bewusst-bier.de with the product name and official source URL. Corrections are reviewed before publication.
