Privacy Policy
1. Controller
Salvatore Baragiola, c/o Impressumservice Dein-Impressum, Stettiner Straße 41, 35410 Hungen, Germany. Email: kontakt@bewusst-bier.de.
2. Hosting and server logs
This static website is delivered through Cloudflare. Technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested file, referrer and browser identifier may be processed in server logs to deliver the site securely and reliably. The stated legal basis is the legitimate interest in operation and security under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Recipients, international transfers and retention
Cloudflare processes connection and security data as the hosting and network provider. Cloudflare operates global infrastructure, so transfers outside the EEA cannot be excluded. Its data processing addendum describes safeguards including, as applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Logs are processed only as long as needed for secure operation, fault analysis and legal duties; the exact Cloudflare configuration and retention must be confirmed technically and legally before publication.
4. No analytics profiles
Bewusst Bier currently uses no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking service. It has no user accounts and collects no contact-form data on this website. Bewusst Bier performs no automated decision-making or profiling.
5. External links and email
Manufacturer and retailer links lead to independent providers. Their privacy information applies only after a visitor opens the link. Affiliate links are clearly identified before they are opened. Opening an email link uses the visitor's chosen email provider; Bewusst Bier processes received details to handle the message and deletes them when the purpose and legal retention duties end.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, data subjects may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and complaint to a data-protection authority. Requests can be sent to the email address above.
